In Ukraine, many elderly women and men can’t outrun air raids, can’t stand in long lines for help, and can’t safely “wait it out.” When the power goes out or medication runs out, the danger isn’t just emotional—it’s medical.
Some have been left at our door in the middle of the night because there was nowhere else to take them, and no one left that could care for them.
That’s why a permanent answer matters.
FRM has broken ground on a safe, permanent home for 300 elderly Ukrainians who have nowhere to go. Not a temporary shelter. Not a one-winter solution. A real home—where fear doesn’t get the final word.
What this home provides:
• Safe, stable housing
• Warmth, meals, and medical support
• Discipleship and pastoral care
• Community, dignity, and human connection
This is unconditional love with walls—beds, warmth, meals, and hands that don’t let go.
Progress & Need:
• $700,000 raised
• Construction underway
• Total project cost: $3,000,000
We can’t stop the war. But we can make sure 300 seniors don’t face it alone—without heat, without food and medicine, without protection, without family.
Pastors: Would you bring this to your church—through prayer, any size gift, and introductions to key leaders who can help complete the build?
Your gift doesn’t just build a home. When people are hurting and scared, love becomes the bridge—connecting those suffering to Jesus and His
Church.
In Christ,
Wes Bentley
P.S. If you can help us move this project forward before year-end, your gift will have immediate impact on the build and the care happening around it.
